This person will be responsible to assist the head coach in implementing the program’s plans for the direction and development of a nationally competitive Division I Women’s Basketball program at Kennesaw State. The individual will perform a variety of functions, assigned by the head coach. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: coaching, budget management, recruiting, purchasing equipment and uniforms, scheduling of games and practices, public relations and fundraising.

This person must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and have strong organizational skills. He/she must have the ability to serve as a spokesperson for the intercollegiate women’s basketball program and the ability to establish and maintain effective professional working relationships with student-athletes, faculty, staff, administrators, alumni and the general public.

Bachelor's degree and 2 years experience. Must have knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
